Experience building platforms on Azure or AWS, Kubernetes platforms like AKS/EKS, programming languages (Python, Go, C#, Java), CI/CD, observability, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), and designing tooling for SaaS/PaaS. Empathy for software engineers.
