Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Nexthink is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen infrastructure, deploy, monitor, and scale systems. The role involves implementing cloud-native systems (AWS), managing Kubernetes, defining SLOs, developing infrastructure-as-code, building internal tools, participating in on-call rotation, and driving incident response. The SRE team works with over 50 product engineering teams to ensure reliability and scalability of the multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Minimum Bachelor's in CS or equivalent. 5+ years SRE/Platform Engineer experience. Strong cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), programming (Python, Go, Bash), IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD, monitoring (Datadog). Experience with multi-tenant microservices, on-call, incident management, Linux, networking, compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA) preferred.
