Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior SRE at Hinge Health, you will ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the digital health platform. You'll work with engineering, product, and operations to design infrastructure and automation. Responsibilities include owning projects, designing cloud infrastructure, building self-service tooling, leading incident response, defining SLOs, partnering on CI/CD, evaluating tools, and mentoring. This role directly influences platform stability and growth.

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field. 3+ years SRE/DevOps experience with production on-call. Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, Terraform, observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, New Relic), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins), and proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash. Preferred: high-growth environment, AI tooling judgment, SLO definition, cross-functional collaboration, performance tuning, mentoring, and security compliance (HIPAA, SOC2).
