Engineering Manager, GI

Hinge Health is building a new Gastrointestinal (GI) Care Program. As Engineering Manager, you will build a team of 5 engineers, define the product from scratch, and launch a minimum loveable product. You'll partner with senior leadership, Product, Design, and Marketing across San Francisco, Montreal, and Bangalore. You'll stay hands-on, contributing to code ~15% of time. The role involves rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and establishing engineering best practices for CI/CD, automatedtesting

Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, 3+ years managing ~5+ engineers, AI-native development using tools like Cursor, strong React Native or client-side engineering background, experience owning product surface end-to-end, ability to design and interpret A/B experiments. Preferred: React Native, Server-Driven UI, GraphQL, Python/TypeScript, AWS services, healthcare (HIPAA) experience.
