Your depth is on the backend and/or infrastructure. You may be building APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and distributed systems, or scaling and hardening cloud infrastructure. You have owned system design decisions, shipped to production, and operated at scale. You have led projects, mentored junior engineers, and made architectural decisions that stuck. You may come from a scale-up, big tech platform team, or anywhere with a serious AWS footprint. You care about fundamentals, writing code
