Mandolin is building the last-mile delivery infrastructure for cutting-edge biologics, cell, and gene therapies. As a product engineer, you will design, build, and ship full-stack features across core modules, own projects end-to-end, and establish engineering patterns. Collaborate with product and implementation teams to deliver reliable experiences in healthcare-critical environments.

4+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack contributions. Proficiency in modern web frameworks (React, Next.js) and backend services (Node.js, Python, Go). Experience designing APIs, working with databases, building secure systems. Track record of owning projects end-to-end. Strong communication and product-minded approach. Preferred: early-stage startup experience, healthcare/life sciences background, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, AI-driven products
