About the role
Staff Product Engineer at Docebo, an AI-powered learning platform. Requirements
10-12+ years full-stack SaaS experience, multi-language backend agility (PHP, Node.js, Golang, Angular, React), mastery of AI-assisted dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), analytics platforms (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel), DevOps/cloud (AWS, Kubernetes), ability to break down ambiguous problems, mentoring and cross-functional leadership. Nice-to-have: diverse tech expertise, CS degree.
