Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Coalition is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform SRE team. The role involves building and operating infrastructure, tools, and paved roads to empower developers to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable software. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation, system reliability, developer enablement, observability, project ownership, mentorship, collaboration, and on-call. The tech stack includes Python, Go, AWS, Terraform, ECS/Kubernetes, GitHub Actions.

6+ years in SRE/DevOps/Cloud Engineering or Software Development. Hands-on AWS experience. Proficiency in Go or Python. Strong Terraform experience. Experience with container orchestration (ECS/Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions). Experience designing reusable platform components. Solid understanding of observability (metrics, tracing, SLOs). Exposure to failure-based testing. Strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred: microservices, Kafka, internal developer,
