Senior Reliability Engineer

Design, build, and operate cloud-native engineering platforms for software validation, release validation, and production readiness. Build automated test pipelines, observability, reliability signals, deployment intelligence, and quality gates into CI/CD workflows. Develop automation solutions, reusable frameworks, self-service engineering environments, and Kubernetes-based platforms. Resolve complex platform challenges and partner with engineering teams to improve reliability and release.

3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, GitOps, automation, progressive delivery, chaos engineering, and strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, Java, or Ruby. Experience with AI-assisted engineering is a plus. Strong understanding of observability, SLI/SLOs, incident management.
