Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or Shell. Experience with observability platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog. Demonstrated expertise in incident management, SLIs/SLOs, capacity planning. Understanding of cloud/container security, vulnerability management. Excellent collaboration and technical leadership skills.
