Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Fingerprint is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Infrastructure team. This hands-on role involves owning reliability of core production systems, defining SLIs/SLOs, driving alert quality, leading incident response, building secure infrastructure, and improving change safety. The engineer will work across observability, capacity planning, and tooling to reduce toil. They will partner with product engineering teams and participate in on-call rotation.

6-10 years of SRE or production engineering experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred). Proven track record of owning systems end-to-end. Experience with SLIs/SLOs and error budgets. Strong incident response skills. Depth in distributed systems failure modes. Proficiency in Terraform, Go/Python, observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana), and Redis/ElastiCache. Strong communication in English. AI-native approach.
