The Reliability Platform team at DoorDash builds systems that empower engineering groups to own service reliability without needing to be experts. They offer tools for defining and measuring SLOs, surfacing insights, and driving incidents from declaration through RCA and postmortem. 2+ years in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering; fluent in Go or similar; AWS, Terraform, Pulumi, containerization; SRE concepts (SLOs, error budgets, incident response); AI alignment and curiosity about automation and agentic operations. Must have platform engineering mindset and enjoy building systems for other engineers.
