About the role

C1.ai is building a horizontal identity platform for companies and AI agents. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will own the reliability and scalability of the platform, build observability, drive operational excellence, automate infrastructure, lead incident response, and work on both cloud and FedRAMP environments. You will partner with product teams and ensure new features are built with reliability in mind.

Requirements

Proven experience building and operating production systems at scale. Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Pulumi). Strong programming in Go or Python. Production Kubernetes experience. Systems thinking and high agency. Observability and monitoring skills. Experience with AI-assisted development tools. Clear communication and low ego.
