Senior Security Engineer

C1 is hiring a Senior Security Engineer for a generalist role spanning security engineering, application and cloud security, and compliance. The engineer will build agents and automation to integrate security into the development lifecycle, shifting left into design specs. The stack is Go and AWS. Ideal candidate has experience securing SaaS apps, code review, and cloud infrastructure. Quarterly in-person attendance in San Francisco or Portland is required.

Proven experience securing enterprise SaaS applications, authentication, authorization, input validation. Background in software engineering, platform engineering, or cloud security. Hands-on code review in Go, Python, or Rust. Experience with AWS. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Must participate quarterly in-person in San Francisco or Portland. Experience building agents and automation for security required.
