Staff Platform Security Engineer

The Staff Platform Security Engineer builds and delivers zero-trust foundations and paved paths for secure cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes. This hands-on role involves building security services, tools, and automation using Python or Go, implementing infrastructure-as-code security guardrails, and partnering with engineering teams to enable rapid, secure delivery.

Minimum qualifications include 8+ years experience, strong software development in Python or Go, deep AWS security (IAM, VPC, KMS), Terraform expertise, Kubernetes security (admission controls, RBAC, network policies), distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, SRE principles, and ability to build and maintain security tools in production.
