Senior Software Engineer, Tooling (Product)

Senior Software Engineer (Product) at Gemini, part of the Tooling team. You will build customer-facing platform tooling for onboarding, compliance, and customer support, working across backend, web, and mobile. The role is broad, high-ownership, and involves leveraging AI-assisted development and automation. You will own solutions end to end, from design to deployment and maintenance. The role requires being in person twice a week at the NYC office.

Minimum qualifications: 4+ years software engineering experience with production systems at scale; ability to work across backend, web, and mobile; proficiency in a typed language (e.g., TypeScript, Scala, Java, Go) and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience building consumer-facing applications; fluency in AI coding tools; expertise in testing; customer and product-focused mindset; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
