Staff Platform Security Engineer (Security)

Phantom is hiring a Senior/Staff Platform Security Engineer to own and improve security across AWS and Kubernetes environments. The role involves securing production systems, designing least-privilege access, building reusable security controls with IaC, hardening CI/CD, and leading cross-functional security initiatives. The team is AI-native and focuses on practical controls and verified remediation.

7+ years in platform/cloud security, deep hands-on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) security experience, expertise in IAM, RBAC, identity, least privilege, CI/CD security, infrastructure as code (Pulumi/Terraform), and production-quality coding in TypeScript/Python/Go/Rust. High agency, clear communication, and ability to partner with engineering teams.
