Staff Product Security Engineer (Security)

Phantom is a fintech company building a global trading app for crypto and open markets. We are looking for a Staff Product Security Engineer to lead security initiatives across mobile, web, and backend products. This role involves architecture reviews, threat modeling, AI-assisted security tooling, code review, supply chain security, and incident response. You will work with engineering teams to embed security into the SDLC and set technical direction. Fully remote, US/UK/Canada.

5+ years in product/application security or software engineering at senior/staff level. Strong understanding of web, mobile, API, distributed-system security. Experience with AI-assisted security tooling, code review in TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Python, Go. Experience securing CI/CD and supply chains. Threat modeling, communication skills.
