About the role
Assembled seeks a Security Engineer to lead application security across SaaS and AI products, including threat modeling, secure design reviews, vulnerability management, tooling and automation, application security testing, secure practices training, incident response, and partnering on security assurance. This is a high-ownership role as the sole dedicated security hire.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on application security experience including threat modeling, security code reviews, vulnerability remediation. Strong software engineering fundamentals with production code experience. Ability to balance risk and shipping. Active use of AI tools for security.
