Senior Security Engineer

Range is building AI-powered wealth management platform. We are looking for a senior security engineer to protect members' financial lives. You will probe AI systems, infrastructure, and applications for weaknesses, work with engineers to fix them, and help think about AI-specific attack surfaces. You'll build automated tools and contribute to security program. Role requires offensive security mindset, AI/ML security curiosity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

6+ years professional security engineering experience. Deep hands-on offensive security (red teaming, penetration testing, vulnerability research). Experience with AWS cloud security (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM). Ability to develop custom tools in Python/Go. Web application vulnerability analysis. Strong understanding of threat actor TTPs. Ability to translate findings to engineering teams. Bachelor's in CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent. Preferred: AI/ML system security, fintech experience, startup, 6
