Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Fingerprint, a 100% remote company, seeks its first dedicated Site Reliability Engineer to make reliability measurable, raise the operational bar, and build the mindset across eight engineering groups. Responsibilities include defining SLIs/SLOs, introducing error budgets, strengthening incident lifecycle, leading reliability reviews, introducing failure testing, embedding with teams, developing Staff/Lead engineers, and leading AI adoption in reliability practice.

10+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years as an SRE, production engineer, or reliability-focused Staff engineer operating across multiple teams. Deep experience with SLI/SLO design and error budgets in practice. Strong incident leadership: run incident response and postmortems for high-severity incidents.
