Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Onebrief is hiring a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead the SRE team within Infrastructure & Security. The role involves managing engineers, coordinating work across teams, setting reliability roadmap, and ensuring mission-critical deployments are reliable and secure across on-prem DoD and AWS environments. The manager will own capacity planning, incident response, and operational improvements.

Active Secret clearance required. 5+ years in SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps with management experience. Experience in capacity planning, incident response, and reliability improvements. Technical skills: Terraform, Ansible, Python, Go, Bash, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, networking, security. Preferred: DoD/classified environment experience, RMF, STIGs, SLIs/SLOs, GitOps, VMware, TypeScript, certifications.
