Machine Learning Engineer, GAI Search Platform - Moveworks

We are looking for Machine learning engineers to join our GenAI Search Platform team to improve search-based question answering systems using traditional ML and generative AI. The role involves driving development of search platform with LLM-enabled features, developing evaluation metrics, and partnering with cross-functional teams.

3+ years of engineering experience. Passionate about helping product and ranking teams. First-hand experience in search platforms, information retrieval, search ranking, recommendation systems, or question answering. Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning. Nice to have: experience with LLMs, RAG, agents, Python, Golang.
