Machine Learning Engineer, GAI Search Relevance - Moveworks

We are looking for a search relevance engineer to work with a team to improve a search based question answering platform. The role involves crafting ranking features, developing algorithm frameworks, designing platform and tooling for parallel experiments, and developing metrics. Partner with product, UX, customer success, and engineering teams.

First-hand experience in traditional information retrieval techniques or machine learning based ranking models. Capable of deriving insights from query logs analysis. Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning. Nice to have: Experience in Golang.
