Software Engineer, GenAI Platform

Foundation AI builds the platforms, services, and infrastructure that enable machine learning and generative AI across Roblox. In this role, you'll work on model training/inference, LLM services, agent infrastructure, data systems, experimentation, evaluation, and developer tooling, designing, coding, testing, launching, and operating production features in partnership with various teams.

Candidates need an undergraduate/graduate degree in computer science or equivalent, 1-3 years of software engineering experience, experience building projects, working knowledge of Go, Python, or Rust, interest in machine learning, generative AI, distributed systems, or data infrastructure, and strong communication skills.
