Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Generative AI (Auth0)

Okta is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join the Generative AI team. The role involves architecting and deploying ML/GenAI systems, leading initiatives for agentic applications, and collaborating with product and security teams to deliver AI-powered experiences. The engineer will work on scalable infrastructure, RAG workflows, evaluation pipelines, and mentor team members.

7+ years software development, strong Python, hands-on ML experience, GenAI platforms (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic), RAG, embeddings, AI agent frameworks (LiteLLM, LangGraph, etc.), ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), evaluation pipelines, collaboration skills. Nice to have: identity/security integration, ethical AI, synthetic data.
