About the role
AI Engineering and Delivery group building agentic AI systems for Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI-driven experiences. Focus on agentic architecture, enterprise-grounded reasoning, trust/safety, retrieval, model integration, and technical leadership. Build production-grade multi-agent systems at Fortune 500 scale.
Requirements
6+ years software engineering with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems. Hands-on experience designing and shipping agentic systems in production. Production-grade Python. Experience with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI). Familiarity with RAG and retrieval patterns. Technical leadership and mentoring.
