Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic Systems (Active Secret Clearance)

Striveworks is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for agentic systems to work on customer-driven projects and products, developing ML solutions and orchestrating agentic workflows using the Chariot platform. The role involves working with customers, data scientists, and engineers to build reliable AI systems, with a focus on trust and ownership. BS in computer science, machine learning, or related discipline with 6+ years experience. Demonstrated experience in data-centric systems, LLM-powered agents, integration with external tools, evaluation frameworks, RAG, and multi-agent architectures. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Strong software engineering fundamentals and at least one systems language (Go, Rust, C++, Java, Scala). Active Secret US security clearance and US citizenship required.
