Senior Staff AI-Native Software Engineer – Agentic Systems

Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems embedded across ServiceNow's platform. Focus areas include agentic architecture, enterprise-grounded reasoning, trust/safety, retrieval, model integration, and engineering leadership. The role involves multi-agent orchestration, tool use, planning loops, memory, failure recovery, and ensuring agents run safely at Fortune 500 scale.

8+ years of software engineering with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. Hands-on depth in production agentic systems (multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, planning loops, memory, failure recovery). Production-grade Python; systems language (Go, Java, C++) a plus. Required: React, Node.js, Python, Java, REST, GraphQL, SQL, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI), RAG, and technical leadership.
