About the role
Rubrik is seeking a Principal AI Architect to lead the design and architecture of AI-native solutions, bridging business problems with cutting-edge AI execution. The role involves hands-on development of AI components, MLOps pipelines, and evaluation approaches, while collaborating with executive leadership and engineering teams to drive measurable business impact.
Requirements
10+ years of software/systems engineering experience with 4+ years in applied AI/ML production. Bachelor's in CS or related field. Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures. Strong programming in Python, Java, or Go. Experience with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex), vector/graph databases, distributed systems, cloud AI platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), security, and monitoring tools.
