Software Engineer - Reliability (US Citizen)

Site Reliability Engineers at Rubrik ensure infrastructure services run smoothly and have capacity for future growth. They maintain high availability of databases, establish best practices for SQL queries, perform upgrades, design relational database systems, manage Kubernetes and MySQL, drive reliability improvements, participate in on-call rotations, write code, and build monitoring tools.

2+ years experience designing/managing relational databases with focus on performance, scalability, reliability. Experience in database design for large enterprise customers, operating database layer of SaaS product. Proficiency in Golang, Python, Java, Scala, C++. Systematic problem-solving, strong communication. Experience with distributed systems, Unix/Linux, networking, Google Cloud Platform. Minimum 1-3 years as Dev/DevOps/SRE. Willing to provide 24/7 coverage. FedRAMP certification desired
