Addepar is a global data and AI platform for investment professionals. We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI Platform team, responsible for architecting and delivering AI-native products, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, and core AI capabilities. The role involves driving end-to-end execution from prototype to production, enforcing technical discipline, and partnering with product teams.

Requirements

3-6+ years backend engineering experience with Python, Golang, gRPC, AWS, Kubernetes. Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems and AI-native products. Deep ownership mindset and bias for action. BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent. Preferred: experience with LLMs, agentic systems, Databricks, Langchain, MLFlow, and finance domain.
