About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI Platform team. The role involves architecting, building, and productionizing core AI capabilities, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI-native products. You will drive end-to-end execution from prototype to scalable production, enforce technical discipline, lead evaluation of new AI technologies, and partner with product managers.

Requirements

3-6+ years backend engineering experience with Python, Golang, gRPC, AWS, Kubernetes. Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems and AI-native products. Deep ownership mindset and bias for action. BS/MS in CS, Statistics, Math or equivalent. Preferred: experience with LLMs, agentic systems, Databricks, Langchain, MLFlow, finance domain.
