Software Engineer, AI Enablement

The role is on the AI Enablement team, contributing to internal AI platforms (Archimedes, Bosun, easyRAG) that power AI assistants and workflows. Responsibilities include building reusable platform capabilities, prototyping new AI features, applying golden path patterns, and collaborating with Security, Risk, Legal, and product teams. The goal is to help teams build and scale LLM-powered tools safely and effectively.

Experience as a software engineer shipping production-quality features in distributed systems or platform environments. Hands-on experience with LLMs/ML or strong curiosity. Solid coding in Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript. Platform mindset, familiarity with AI-specific engineering concerns (evaluation, observability, cost control, safety, data privacy). Clear communication skills.
