Software Engineer, AI Enablement

As a Software Engineer on the AI Enablement team at Chime, you will contribute to internal AI platforms (Archimedes, Bosun, easyRAG) that power AI assistants and developer workflows. You'll build reusable platform capabilities like APIs, SDKs, and templates, apply golden path patterns for LLM usage, and collaborate with Security, Risk, Legal, and product teams. You'll prototype and productionize AI capabilities, learn evaluation, observability, and cost-management practices, and help embed AI in

Experience as a software engineer shipping production-quality features in distributed systems. Hands-on experience with LLMs/ML or strong curiosity to learn. Solid coding skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript. Platform mindset focusing on reuse. Familiarity with AI-specific engineering concerns like evaluation, prompt management, observability, cost control, safety, data privacy. Clear communication skills.
