Senior Systems Engineer to own macOS platform and drive endpoint management and device trust standards across Chime's IT ecosystem. Responsibilities include platform ownership of Jamf Pro, software delivery via AutoPkg, automation, provisioning, scripting, security posture, device trust, compliance, reporting, troubleshooting, standards, cross-functional delivery, mentorship, and support enablement. Requires 8+ years macOS management experience, AutoPkg, Apple platform depth, scripting, security
Requirements
8+ years hands-on macOS management with enterprise MDM (Jamf Pro, Kandji, Mosyle) or open-source (Munki, Puppet, Chef). Production AutoPkg experience. Deep Apple MDM protocol understanding. macOS fundamentals: installers, LaunchDaemons, preferences, security tooling. Scripting proficiency (Python, Swift, Bash, Go). Zero Trust/BeyondCorp concepts. Cross-domain judgment. Comfort with ambiguity. Excellent communication. Nice-to-have: Jamf Certified Admin, Windows endpoint management, IaC (Terraform
