About the role
Chime's Growth Engineering team seeks a full stack Growth Engineer to build product experiences driving business metrics. You'll work across React/TypeScript frontend and Rails/Go backend to build features for member growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to experiment rapidly and scale impactful solutions.
Requirements
2+ years experience building scalable software in production; experience with modern front-end framework (React) and server-side framework (Rails, Go); designing APIs, working with databases, caching, client-side state; comfort owning full stack features; product mindset with experimentation bias; exposure to large-scale architecture.
