Software Engineer, Growth

Chime's Growth Engineering team builds product experiences that directly move business metrics and help millions achieve financial progress. As a full stack Growth Engineer, you'll work across React/TypeScript frontend and Rails/Go backend to build features driving member growth, collaborating with product, design, data science, marketing, and analytics to experiment rapidly and scale impactful solutions.

2+ years of experience building scalable software in production environments. Proven experience with React (or comparable) and Ruby on Rails/Go (or comparable). Experience designing APIs, working with transactional databases and caching, client-side state, performance, and component-driven UI. Comfort owning full stack features. Product mindset with strong bias toward experimentation, iteration, and measuring impact. Exposure to large-scale architecture patterns.
