Senior Full Stack Engineer, Product Led Growth

StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Product-Led Growth team, focusing on improving the self-serve advertiser experience. The role involves building high-impact product features, collaborating with Product and Design, owning features end-to-end across the stack, and using customer feedback and experimentation to drive decisions. The company is remote-first, open to candidates anywhere in Canada.

6+ years building highly performant web applications and customer-facing product experiences, strong full-stack engineering with particular strength in frontend and product development, proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and Go, experience collaborating closely with Product and Design, a strong customer mindset, experience with data-driven product development and A/B testing, comfort navigating ambiguity, and experience building well-tested software and optimizing web application performance.
