Software Engineer - Growth & Monetization

Figma is hiring experienced full-stack engineers for its Growth and Monetization Engineering organization. The role involves designing, building, and shipping high-quality features across the stack using TypeScript, React, Ruby, Go, C++, and more. Engineers will own key parts of the product, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and operate systems with focus on reliability and security. This is a full-time role based in US hubs or remote within the United States.

4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining complex systems or products in production. Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, PostgreSQL). Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working effectively across functions.
