About the role
Design, build, productionize, and maintain APIs, services, and systems across Stripe's engineering teams using Ruby, React, Typescript, and other languages. Collaborate with cross-functional roles to build new billing features at scale. Analyze user needs, implement technical designs, write tests, debug complex systems, and mentor new hires.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 2 years software engineering experience. Required experience: Ruby, React, Typescript, Java, Golang; SQL data analysis; API development for emergency response; latency analysis; system design; writing documentation; translating business needs into requirements.
