Staff Software Engineer, Developer Ecosystem

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help shape the future of our developer platform. You'll work across frontend, backend, SDKs, platform, and full-stack systems. You'll define technical direction, lead initiatives, and build foundation for new developer experiences. This is a hands-on role collaborating with Redditors.

6+ years of industry experience in platform functionality, developer tools, or full-stack products. Experience leading large-scale technical projects. API design and platform engineering. Familiarity with Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, React, Redis, relational/NoSQL databases. Mentoring experience. Excellent communication skills.
