Software Engineer - Full Stack

Figma is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build products and platforms that empower millions of users to create and collaborate in real time. The role involves designing core features, improving developer workflows, scaling enterprise infrastructure, and launching new products. Engineers work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Research, and Data to deliver best-in-class experiences, tackling complex challenges across the stack including intuitive user experiences, real-time collaborative.

Proven experience in shipping and maintaining full-stack applications in production. Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, C++, PostgreSQL). Product mindset, translating user needs into scalable solutions. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Passion for engineering craft and scalable systems.
