Full Stack Engineer at Figma responsible for designing, building, and shipping high-quality features across the stack, from front-end experiences to back-end systems. Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, and Data to shape product direction. Own projects end-to-end. Mentor teammates. Opportunity to work on Figma Editor, FigJam, Figma Slides, and more.
Requirements
Proven experience shipping full-stack applications in production. Proficiency in React/TypeScript and back-end technologies (Ruby, Python, Go, C++, PostgreSQL). Product mindset, excellent collaboration, passion for engineering craft. Experience with AI-assisted development tools. Preferred: familiarity with C++/WebAssembly, background in growth engineering, frontend platform, developer tooling, billing/payments, extensibility platforms, and experience leading large-scale projects.
