Lead Full Stack Engineer

Genies is seeking a contract Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide technical direction, architecture, and execution of avatar-driven digital products. This role involves hands-on contribution, mentorship, AI-augmented development, and cross-functional collaboration. The engineer will define architectural vision, build full-stack systems using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Go, and champion best practices.

7+ years full stack development, 2+ years technical leadership. Bachelor's in CS or equivalent. Expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Go, Python, NoSQL/relational databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, security (OWASP, OAuth), AWS, CI/CD. Demonstrated AI workflow maturity. Strong communication and mentorship skills. Preferred: real-time systems, AI/ML, 3D pipelines.
