About the role
As an Engineering Lead at Attio, you will contribute across the stack (Backend or Frontend), recruit and develop a top-class team of engineers, design and evolve technical architecture to support rapid scaling, lead projects based on customer interactions, and represent our Engineering values internally and externally.
Requirements
Experience designing secure, scalable, reliable backend systems. Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (either GCP or AWS). Demonstrable deep expertise with Node.js/Typescript or Go for backend development, or React for frontend development. Experience managing a team of engineers, working with cross-functional partners. Ability to communicate technical ideas and influence decisions. A desire for leading and growing a great engineering team.
