Staff Backend Engineer

10+ years of experience building large-scale production-level systems. Technical Lead or similar leadership capacity. Exceptional coding skills in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and algorithms. Proven ability to independently lead projects from requirement gathering to deployment. Track record of mentoring engineers. A 0→1 mindset. Deep interest in crypto technology.
