Engineering Manager II, Creatives

Lead a team of backend engineers owning the creative pipeline at StackAdapt, a remote-first adtech company. Responsibilities include executing roadmap milestones, running agile rituals, conducting 1:1s, participating in code reviews and architecture discussions, coordinating with peer teams, handling incidents, interviewing, and fostering a culture of trust and technical excellence.

Experience in adtech or martech, particularly creative serving and Dynamic Creative Optimization. 1+ years people management or 2+ years tech lead/mentor. 5+ years backend development in distributed systems. Proficiency in Golang or similar. Hands-on leadership style. Strong CS fundamentals. Knowledge of Scrum/Kanban. Clear communication. Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Aerospike.
