Staff Software Engineer - Core

This role is on the Core team, building and maintaining the GG App across Windows, macOS, and iOS. Responsibilities include installer engineering, deployment via Intune/GPO/SCCM/PDQ/Jamf/MDM, auto-update system, PowerShell scripting, customer deployment support, and leading architecture decisions. The ideal candidate is curious and driven to deliver quality software for school-managed devices.

8+ years software engineering experience with desktop/client applications. Deep Windows platform expertise: MSI/EXE, WiX, silent install, code signing. Strong PowerShell. Hands-on with enterprise deployment tools (Intune, GPO, SCCM, PDQ). Experience with auto-update systems, endpoint security, macOS/iOS deployment. Competency in Go, C#/.NET, Swift, or C++ desired. Full-stack fluency, monitoring, testing, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.
