Senior Systems Engineer, Enterprise AI Platforms

CoreWeave is hiring a Senior AI Platform Engineer to own the design, implementation, and governance of AI across the employee environment. This composite role combines production software engineering, hands-on LLM and agent work, and enterprise IT controls. The engineer will manage the lifecycle of employee-facing AI platforms, implement guardrails as enforceable controls, and own infrastructure for internal chatbots and agents. 6+ years in software engineering, SRE, or IT systems engineering with coding. 2+ years hands-on experience with LLM-based products (API integration, prompt design, agent frameworks). Strong skills in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript. Experience operating services in production (containers, IaC, CI/CD, observability) or automating enterprise systems. Understanding of enterprise IT controls: identity, endpoint management, SaaS administration. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
