Engineering Manager, Launch & Sandboxes

CoreWeave is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Launch & Sandboxes team. The role involves leading engineering work that connects developer workflows to compute for AI workloads, spanning Kubernetes clusters, HPC nodes, and cloud VMs. Responsibilities include partnering with product management, unblocking engineers, ensuring reliable delivery, and growing engineers into autonomous leaders. The team owns Sandboxes (GPU-enabled containers) and Launch (job submission and orchestration services)

Required: 3+ years engineering management experience, 5+ years software engineering with backend systems depth, technical fluency in Go, Python, and Kubernetes, experience managing teams owning distributed systems in production, ability to balance product delivery with technical health, experience partnering with product managers, track record of growing engineers, strong communication skills, comfort with ambiguity.
