Candidates must have 4+ years of engineering management experience, 7+ years of software engineering IC experience including principal/staff-level ownership of mission-critical distributed systems, and 8+ years implementing business-critical services in Python or Go. Experience building systems that coordinate across multiple infrastructure services, multi-region deployment strategies, and strong cross-functional collaboration are required.
