Senior Software Engineer II, Observability

CoreWeave, the essential cloud for AI, seeks Senior Software Engineers specializing in observability to design, build, and own core observability infrastructure. This role involves developing high-throughput telemetry pipelines for metrics, logging, and tracing at extreme scale supporting thousands of GPUs. Engineers collaborate with internal teams, participate in on-call rotation, and shape the observability strategy for AI platforms.

Requires 5+ years in software or infrastructure engineering with large-scale distributed systems. Proficiency in Go or Python, hands-on Kubernetes experience, and ability to design scalable systems. Must be comfortable with Helm, YAML configuration, and participate in on-call rotation. Preferred experience with observability platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and streaming systems like Kafka. Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and AI/GPU workloads is a plus.
