About the role
Senior Software Engineer on the Observability team at Robinhood. Lead the technical roadmap for full-stack observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerting). Own the observability control plane, lead a team of six engineers, drive cost-efficient telemetry ingestion, and integrate AI-driven approaches. High-ownership role shaping how Robinhood observes itself at scale.
Requirements
5+ years software engineering experience with large-scale observability or infrastructure. Deep expertise in Kubernetes and AWS. Strong coding in Go, Python. Experience owning observability control plane or telemetry pipeline. Familiarity with Vector, Prometheus, Grafana, Honeycomb, Humio, or Sentry a plus.
